I have spent nearly twenty years building, funding, and scaling ventures and venture programs, and nearly a decade active in aerospace and defense.

After founding multiple ventures myself—including an early AI venture—I significantly contributed to building some of the largest and most successful venture programs globally, including Google’s, which I helped design, launch, and scale, considerably increasing startup survival rates, investment acquisition, and birthing multiple unicorns.

I gained the trust of early-stage startups worldwide by guiding them to market and supporting them in acquiring dozens of investments.

I have advised several institutes and the Minister of the Interior of the Federal Republic of Germany on national digital strategy, NASA Center and ESA Directors on startup tech procurement strategies, governments on defense procurement, Germany's largest business association on attracting startups as members, and have been an invited guest of influential German political groups such as the Adler-Kreis ("Eagle Circle": CEOs of largest German companies and major economic associations).

I have built award-winning startups (e.g., EIT), sold technology to five government agencies across the Atlantic, and supported multiple Fortune 500 companies in acquiring and developing crucial innovation, serving as mentor and sparring partner to CxOs.

I am an alum and Governing Board Member of the International Space University, a Google-accredited Expert for Product Strategy, a member of multiple global space and deep-tech related business associations, as well as a public speaker (e.g., International Astronautical Congress), and a trusted source of information on "on-the-ground" information and trends to policy-makers, interest groups and press (e.g. Financial Times).
